The Story

It began with a decision

In August 2025, Robin was found to have a tumour. He waited months for surgery. In mid-December, he underwent a robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy.

Coming out the other side, the decision was clear: stop doing work that does not matter and build something that does.

He resigned from his position. He stopped doing work he was not passionate about. And he built something he had been moving toward for decades without fully knowing it.

That is where RDPC begins. Not with a qualification. With a choice.

The Through-Line

Decades of the same work

Robin has spent his career helping people perform at a higher level.

He taught English in New Zealand, Colombia, and Spain — language schools in Madrid, Barcelona, and Oñati in the Basque Country, business professionals, and in Bogotá, high school students finding their voice. The work was always the same underneath: help someone believe in what they are capable of, and then back them to get there.

He moved into high-ticket sales and spent five years closing premium offers. Not through pressure. Through conviction. He learned early that belief is the mechanism, not technique. When you genuinely believe in the transformation you are offering, closing becomes a natural conversation rather than a performance.

He has lived across seven countries. He speaks Spanish. He has sat across from people in very different circumstances — sales professionals, business owners, executives under pressure, founders who have built and burned and are building again — and helped them move forward.

Every role. Every country. Every conversation. It all points in the same direction.

The Gap He Saw

Courage without belief

When Robin found RSI and threw himself into the community, something became clear very quickly.

The people around him had courage. They had committed to their own development. They had jumped into something most people would never attempt.

But many of them still did not fully believe they belonged.

Not a skills gap. An identity gap.

Inside RSI, Robin was sparring — working alongside people who had backed themselves enough to commit fully. Many paying in full. Many jumping into the high-ticket space for the first time. Courageous by any measure.

What he noticed was the contradiction. The same people who had the conviction to make that decision then showed up in the room unsure whether they belonged there. Not occasionally. Repeatedly. Across different people, different backgrounds, different levels of experience. Confident professionals. Strong women and men. People who had already built businesses.

The skill was new. The doubt was not.

That repeating pattern — courage at the point of decision, collapse at the point of performance — is what birthed RDPC. Not a theory. An observation. Made in real time, across real people, including himself.

Pattern recognition has always been Robin's edge. RDPC is what happens when that skill is turned toward the right problem.

The Work

Thought. Identity. Behaviour. Result.

RDPC is a structured performance programme grounded in neuroscience and neuroplasticity.

The methodology is built around one core truth: you are not broken and you do not need to be rebuilt. The capable, grounded, high-performing version of you already exists. The work is identifying what is running in the background that is limiting it, and overriding those patterns through structured repetition and reflection.

That is the framework. Everything inside the programme serves that sequence.

The work is challenging. It requires commitment. It produces lasting change.
